So we built the directory we wished had existed from the start. A single place where parents can find verified, independent SEN professionals, and where those professionals can connect with the families who need them most.
Every professional listed on SEN Help has been through our verification process before their profile goes live. This isn’t a directory where anyone can list themselves and say what they want. Before appearing on the platform, every professional must:
If a professional doesn’t meet these standards, they don’t appear. If they’re listed and we receive evidence of misconduct, they’re removed. No exceptions, no second chances. The trust of the parents who use this platform is not something we negotiate on.
