We open to parents on 18 August 2026. Founding members are verified and live from day one, so the first matched enquiries go to you. Parents will reach the directory through our SEND Rights Quiz, Local Authority Report Cards, and trusted resources, so by the time a parent searches for a professional, they have already worked through what their child needs and decided they want expert help.
When a parent submits a Get Matched request, their enquiry goes directly to your inbox, with their name, Local Authority, urgency level, and a brief description of their situation.

Before your profile goes live, we verify your HCPC or SRA registration against the official regulatory register, confirm your legal declaration of Professional Indemnity Insurance and Enhanced DBS, and review your application for completeness.

Our 90-day promise. An enquiry means a real parent contacting you directly with their details through SEN Help, never a page view or a profile visit. If no enquiries have reached you in your first 90 days, your billing pauses until they do. Billing never runs while value is not arriving, and before it restarts we’ll get in touch personally to hear how it is going.
