What It Costs, Told to You Upfront
The standard rate is £99 to £199 a month depending on your profession. As one of our first 25 founding members you pay nothing while the founding list builds, then £49 a month, locked in for as long as you stay listed.

Then £49 a month, locked for as long as you stay subscribed. Billing starts when all 25 places fill or on 1 December 2026, whichever comes first, always with at least 14 days’ written notice before your first charge. The price never rises for founders.

Set by profession: SEND solicitors £199, educational psychologists £149, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, advocates and specialist tutors £99. Priced against what one referred case is worth in your profession, not against a listings site.
Our 90-day promise. An enquiry means a real parent contacting you directly with their details through SEN Help, never a page view or a profile visit. If no enquiries have reached you in your first 90 days, your billing pauses until they do. Billing never runs while value is not arriving, and before it restarts we’ll get in touch personally to hear how it is going.

We verify your HCPC or SRA registration against the official regulatory register.
Insurance and DBS
We confirm your legal declaration of Professional Indemnity Insurance and an Enhanced DBS.
Application review
We review your application for completeness. This typically takes 2 to 3 business days.

Why We Built This
SEN Help was built by people who have lived the SEND system as parents, not just read about it. We know what it is to fight for a child’s support and not know where to turn, to be talked over in meetings, and to be told to wait when waiting is the one thing you cannot afford.
